This page plays the popular piece, the Romanza (i.e. the 2nd movement),
from "Eine Kleine Nacht Musik" (A Little Night Music)
written by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
It was composed at about the time of the building of the organ on
which it was recorded - the organ suits this tune perfectly in my
opinion. There is no evidence that Mozart ever saw or played this organ.
I should apologise for four or five mistakes that I made. I tried for
hours to get a better performance, but was unable to play it through
The organ is a virtual organ and is the organ of St Imre Catholic
church, in Pusztaszabolcs, Hungary.
The Baroque style organ was built in 1778 by Pazicky. It has 12 stops
between its two manual divisions and
two stops in the pedal division. Couplers allow the manuals to be
connected together and the pedal to be coupled with each manual.
The arrangement is by the performer.
